Process of making Herbal Malabar Nut Tea:

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Justicia adhatoda leaves (4-5 medium-sized leaves).
  • 2 cups of water.

Instructions:

  1. Rinse well 4-5 fresh Malabar Nut leaves thoroughly under running water to remove any dust and residue.
  2. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and add the cleaned leaves.
  3. Allow the leaves to simmer in the boiling water for 10-12 minutes or till the content in the pot is reduced to half of the original content. This will help to activate and infuse the chemicals into the tea for maximum benefits
  4. Strain the tea into a cup to remove the leaves.
  5. Optional: Add a teaspoon of honey or a small piece of ginger for enhanced flavor and health benefits.
  6. Sip the tea while warm for maximum effectiveness.

Recommendation: For optimal benefit, consume this herbal tea once daily. However, individuals with chronic conditions should consult a healthcare professional for tailored usage guidance.
